I don't know how to send my gratitude for the service I received when I was in panic mode. I had my computer upgraded awhile back and was told some thing's would change and they sure did!  I wasn't sure what would or wouldn't change but one of tem was how my pictures were located and now to access them on the new machine. 

I was stumped until a gentleman from Computer HouseCalls came with only very short  notice and showed me where it was that  I was looking for.  He popped in and out on his way to another more pressing  situation but took the time to serve his customer-me and he charged me nothing!  It was one of those moments with your computer that make having someone like Computer HouseCalls as very competent people and great service after it was upgraded by them.

To whom it may concern:
 

I would like to thank Computer HouseCalls and especially the manager, Daniel. He got me out of a severe jam  (I had no idea how severe it was until I was shown) . I had no security, my Internet wasn't working at all as well as numerous other difficulties with my computer like spy ware and unwanted programs.

All of my problems are gone now. My computer works like brand new and I feel totally secure.
If you need some help with your computer, at a VERY reasonable price, call these people!  They will always be there for you as Daniel has always been here for me.
Many times he has quickly come to my place at the seniors lodge in Canmore, spent several hours fixing my problems and not charged me a cent.
This last time he came, he fixed all of my many problems and charged me for only for a portion of his time plus he gave me a 10% senior’s discount!
 

This company cares about people; and especially seniors. I am deeply thankful for all of their unselfish efforts to keep my computer working properly.

11-2010  This letter is long overdue and I hope you can forgive me for my tardiness.

I wish to thank you for all the years of service you have provided me regarding my computer needs. From the first “house call” you made to my home, you have always provided immediate, reliable and competent service. It was my neighbor who first recommended you several years ago.  I am still grateful for his suggestion.

You and I have both outlived my original Dell computer but it served me well thanks to your strong technical expertise!

My current Toshiba (recommended by you) has also been a gem and once again you have kept it up and running with minimal intervention.

As a small business, I cannot afford to have my computer “down” for long. Over these past years, I have found your company to be consistently personable and friendly, hard-working and ethical.

Thank you again and may you have many successful years to come, serving the computer needs of the Bow Valley!
